Lou Reed: American musician, singer, and songwriter. He was the guitarist, vocalist, and principal songwriter of the Velvet Underground with whom he recorded and released 4 albums and 22 albums as a solo artist. His last album was recorded with Metallica, in 2011. He left a huge legacy and several artists honored him, such as David Byrne, Patti Smith, David Bowie, Courtney Love, Lenny Kravitz, Miley Cyrus, Samuel L. Jackson, Kanye West, Ricky Gervais, Ryan Adams, among many others.
